Master the power of AI

Stop using AI as a fancy Google. Get it doing real work for you and your team. AI training that gets you all on the same level.

Everyone is 'doing a lot with AI'

But nobody has the same foundation. One colleague treats it as a fancy Google, another pastes customer data into it when nobody's looking, and there's always someone who wants nothing to do with it. I bring your whole team to the same level in one go, so you start spotting opportunities together.

AI training for your team

Two sessions of about 3 hours at your office, at least a week apart so people can practise (and lose a night's sleep). Up to 20 people, with thorough handouts for everyone. Your team learns how AI is made (did you know it's 'vector based', and what that means for you?), what you can and can't expect from it, and what you should never share with it. They build their first assistants for real tasks and leave with at least six ideas to work on together.

Claude in three parts

For teams who want to go deeper, I run a three-part Claude programme. Part one, the teacher in the temple: Chat with Claude. Part two, the craftsman at your side: really put Claude to work. Part three, the master builder: Claude Code, which turns out to be good for far more than programming, like images and animations. By the end, Claude is doing real work for you and you've built your own tools with it.

One to one

Maybe you concentrate better one to one, or you have a project that can't wait for a group. We work online, from half an hour, on your own work.

Prices depend on where you are, how big your group is and what you need. Tell me what you have in mind and I'm happy to send you a quote. There's no English online group on the calendar yet, so let me know if you'd like one.

What participants say

"A sensei with vision, a mentor with humour, and a sensei who takes you a step further every time."

Marcel Pantera, Treat Amsterdam

"What a session. Learned a lot and, thankfully, had a good laugh too."

Hendrik Greven, STAH beheer
The sensei blushing

"Raôul is the AI sensei you always wanted: sharp, patient, clear, passionate and with a healthy dose of humour."

Elles Kramer, Elles of niets

"Wow, a whole new world is opening up for me. Raôul makes it clear with wildly varied, imaginative examples. I really learned a lot."

Elsbeth van Saane

Who does this sensei think he is?

I'm Raôul Kuiper. Mostly, I'm very curious. I discovered the internet in 1993, in a college library. From 1994 I built the digital agency of DDB in Amsterdam, which later became Tribal DDB. We grew to 23 people, worked for brands like McDonald's, Volkswagen and Philips, and won around a dozen creative awards, including a Cannes Cyber Lion. After that I spent years helping sustainable brands and social enterprises tell their story.

When ChatGPT arrived I was just as curious, and I soon started teaching people to work with AI: more than 15 teams so far, dozens of online morning groups and, recently, families too. I took courses and watched more than 500 YouTube videos about AI, so you get the summary. I'm direct and I like a laugh. You learn by doing, as in a real dojo.

I'm as worried about AI as I am excited. The people who work with it fluently will replace you long before AI does.

So look the beast in the eye.
